You asked for Birth Certificate born 1941.

Please be informed that the available civil registry certificates on our database are from years 1945 and above.

To verify the birth certificate, kindly coordinate with the National Archives of the Philippines- https://nationalarchives.gov.ph/ or in the Local Civil Registry Office where the document's owner was born.

Otherwise, there is a need for filing delayed registration of  birth record if not found:
