I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to request from your humble office the list of teenage pregnancy cases per provinces in Region 3, Region 10, and Region 11. I would use the information gathered to support my architectural thesis. Your data will help me strengthen and complete my study and my proposed project which is "A Proposed Teenage Pregnancy Assistance Center"
