Good day, Maam/ Sir,
I humbly ask your good office for a copy of the records of out-of-school youth, children, and adolescents in Occidental Mindoro and MIMAROPA. This will be used to strengthen further my undergraduate thesis in architecture entitled, "A Proposed Alternative Learning System – Education and Skills Training (ALS-EST) Pilot School in Occidental Mindoro."
Your help will really help me a lot with this proposal, and soon, if ever it will be accepted, it will be beneficial especially to the citizens of  Occidental Mindoro.
