Good day!
I would like to request for a national id. I already have it but unfortunately I accidentally lost it after I claim money in Palawan pawnshop. I also ask them if there is an ID that's from me but they say that they didn't see an ID. I hope I could get another one and promise to take care of it because it was not intentional that I lost it.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
