Sir good morning,

         When I submitted my son legitimation documents to east avenue. Almost two years ago was accepted and I paid to my suprised was not amend due to incomplete  I told civil registry but what s not convince incomplete.My son is Lance Angelo llarena.jobRegNo.06802-000057-R.  I m a PWD having hard time walking. The problem is lack supplementary  for the father s last name. May I kindly ask yPSA to pls send an attachment document that cause the problem so I I can show the civil registry in paranaque. Salamat
