Sajol 06:13 PM, Feb 22, 2023

Good day!
I would like to request the issuance and scheduling for the delivery of my national ID. I applied on September 20, 2021. I have already completed all the required steps. My transaction number is 743052218900067120210920074225. My full name is ANGEL GRACE ESCABARTE SAJOL. I have registered earlier than most people I know, yet they have already received theirs. Thus, I am humbly requesting for the issuance and delivery of my national ID, as I badly need it for application purposes. I sincerely hope you would take the time to consider my request. Thank you and God bless.

Dear Angel Grace Sajol,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 22, 2023 06:13:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request Letter for National ID Delivery.

Your FOI request is approved.

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. We humbly ask for your continuous support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income individuals we registered in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2021.

You may track your PhilID at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ using the transaction number printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration.

Meanwhile, you may visit https://appt.philsys.gov.ph to check if you may claim your ePhilID which is printed on a piece of paper and has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.

For other concerns, you may reach us at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.

We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.

Thank you.
