Hi I would like to request information regarding the reason why there is not yet any resolution on why Philsys ID registration years ago still does not have PSN generated.

With the halt of Postal ID and UMID, Philsys ID would be the solution for the lack of ID right now. Unfortunately it failed to deliver its promise.

Thank you for raising your concern regarding your PhilID. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured that we will take proper action on this.

Per our coordination with our PhilSys Registry Office, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration and send this to email address info@philsys.gov.ph.

Kindly wait for their response with regards to the resolution of this issue.
