We are third-year Industrial Engineering students from CIT-U. We would like to request the latest statistics on the population of persons considered to be visually impaired in different cities in Cebu. It would be very helpful if you could also provide their specific age group and other demographic profile, as well as the percentage of the partially blind and totally blind in Cebu City.
