Good day! I would like to request for the following information

1. which part of our country has the most number of blind and deaf individuals? the most recent info, the better.

2. how many blind and deaf person are in that location? 
2.1 how many blind people are in ages 6-12?
2.2 how many are female?
2.3 how many are male?

the information will be use for my thesis. I would appreciate your help. thank you.
