I would like to request the latest borders of Barangays in the Philippines so that we can create our regional heat map of poverty incidence based on PSA-SAE 2015.

The GIS Data should hopefully be in a convertible or shareable format like:
1. Shapefile
2. GeoJSON
3. KML

You asked for Central Visayas Shapefile (with barangay borders).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide this data.

The maps that we possess are only for the internal use of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), such as for census and survey purposes.

Please be advised that the Land Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is responsible for administering, surveying, managing and disposing Alienable and Disposable (A&D) lands and other government lands not placed under the jurisdiction of other government agencies.  For more information regarding their products and services, you may visit LMB's website at lmb.gov.ph.
