Hi! I would like to request if I can have a another copy of my national id because I has been stolen to me or maybe I lost it. But if you can track my national id it's better.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
