Hi, I would like to request information regarding the following:

1. Mortality rate in Batangas Province, especially in the western part of Batangas.
2. Cause of death in Nasugbu, Batangas
3. Rate of injuries, falls, road accidents, burn injuries and disaster injuries in Batangas
