I am writing to formally request access to the registry containing details of small enterprises that have been officially registered in Batangas City for the years spanning 2019 through 2023. I intend to utilize this information as a vital component of my thesis project, with a specific focus on Batangas City as my research area and primary source of respondents.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 09, 2023 09:27:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


You asked for List of registered small businesses  in Batangas City from 2019 to 2023.


Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
