Hi! I Would like to know if what are the steps or how can i get a new national id since last november 9 2023 my wallet went missing and my id is in there so i would like to know how can i get again or replace my lost national id, What are the steps? THANKYOU

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
