Hi! I want to request for information correcting my Daughter's birth certificate as it says AUSTRALIAN as my citizenship.
I was dual citizen at the time of my daughters birth. I require an annotation to recognize that I was also a Filipino. I believe this was a clerical error as I inputted Australian/Filipino in her registration and they only put Australian and I didn't realize the repercussions of the error on obtaining her a Filipino passport. Makati Civil Registry says this needs to go to judicial. 
I reacquired my Filipino Citizenship on July 2012 and my daughter was born Aug 2013.
