Hi! My wallet was stolen and all my IDs including National Id and Voters ID are in there. How can I request for replacement for the said IDs? Thank you.

You asked for STOLEN NATIONAL ID and Voters ID.

In reference to your concern, kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
