Greetings of the day!

I am Ceasar Ian A. Quiñones. My wallet was lost/stolen during my travel and I would like to request for the approval of securing a new national ID for me to procure (as well as making sure the lost ID will not be used by criminals)

I have my birth certificate ready as my proof of identity, I also have a scanned version of my National ID.
