In the Facebook post of Dr Leachon on 10/22/22 with a screenshot of news from Inquirer, it was reported that epidemiologist John Wong made a call to the public in a DOH townhall meeting to continue wearing masks outdoors because mask use prevents death from other diseases, particularly respiratory ones, according to data from the Philippine Statistics Authority.

In connection with this, I would like to get the following information:

1. Department or division in the PSA holding this data on mask use as preventive of death from diseases
2. Title of this data 
3. Period covered by this data
