Hello, I'm Rommel Lawan La Victoria. I would like to request my PSA Birth Certificate urgently for my upcoming board exam on January 22, 2024. Currently, all my documents bear the name ROMMEL LAWAN LA VICTORIA under my father's last name. However, upon obtaining my PSA, I discovered it is still under my mother's maiden name, ROMMEL DELA PIÑA LAWAN. My mother is currently in Manila, processing it urgently With pettion number of *MC(CCE-0016-2023), *BC(CCE-0017-2023) what should we do to process it urgently? Already having a review at nanghihiyayang ako sa mga nagastos at effort ko dahil dito.TY
