Hi! I would like to request for individualized records, hopefully including the demographics and other patient profiles, of cases of Diabeted Mellitus among Pediatric Filipinos (those below 18 years of age). 

We are requesting this as part of our postgraduate thesis in hopes to identify and spread awareness of the rising risks of Diabetes among the children in our country. 

Rest assured all information that will be used and gathered with be solely for scholarly use and we will respect and follow the privacy rights of the patients/cases. Thank you!
