Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Our client’s marriage was solemnize by REV. LARRY PEDROCHE on 11 March 2002 at Diliman, Quezon City.  Rev. Pedroche has a License No. 01/1523/03. We wish to ascertain if he is validly authorized to solemnize marriage at that time.
