Ouano 06:14 PM, Jan 17, 2024

Good day!

Would like to ask if I can request a change of contact number for my National ID as the SIM card and number I used as the contact for the ID is no longer active. My National ID has not been delivered yet and the PHLPost Tracking website showed the status to be "REFUSAL". I am hoping to receive the ID soon as It would be of great help to me.

Thank you and have a blessed day.
