I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card as I need it for my school requirements and in getting my driver’s license. Thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
