Hi! I would like to bring up this concern:
I submitted myself for personal identification verification for National ID application last year-I forgot the month-maybe in the month of July, 2021. But, until now, I have not received any ID card. There are individuals who just applied for a month or few months, they have received their National ID Cards. 

The staff of the Philippine Statistical Authority said it’s the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas who will issue the said national IDs but the they disagree this because it’s the PSA who will issue the said cards because they have the information.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
