I would like to ask if I can get a replacement of my loss National ID card because I badly need this as my requirements in applying to  work and in every government transaction.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
