Hi, I would like to request for a checking of our marriage certificate is existing in PSA Records. We ordered PSA Marriage Certificate online last March 16 but they delivered that they dont have yet the record of it. 

Grooms Name, Rommel Realce Grande, 
Brides name is Bernalyn Bechayda Abesamis. 
Marriage Date is on last December 26, 2022 in Quezon City Metro Manila .

Please be informed that we are not authorized to verify a specific record due to RA10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
 
Aside from that, Civil Registry documents are available four to six months after the date of registration.
Should you wish to know the availability of any Civil Registry Document, you may request for a copy through the following channels:

1. Walk-in by Appointment via (appointment.psa.gov.ph)  at any PSA Serbilis Outlet
2. Online via www.psaserbilis.com.ph or www.psahelpline.ph
3. SM Business Centers.
