1) Population of Angeles, Pampanga
2) Population per barangay of Angeles including their demographics (Age, Educational Attainment, Employment, Migration rate, Birth rate, and Mortality rate)

You asked for Population Census in Angeles City.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
