Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to get a copy of my Philsys Transaction number as my transaction slip got lost and I would like to keep track on the progress of my national ID and download my ePhilID. Is it possible that I can get a copy of my transaction slip so I can give it to the personel and get my temporary copy.

In reference to your concern on how to get transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
