To verify your birth certificate, you may request online or through our PSA CRS Outlets.

Please be advised that Metro Manila Outlets DOES NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
