Hi. I would like to correct my national id information. There's a missing ''+" on my blood type. It was supposed to be O+ but it was only O in my id.

You asked for I would like to correct my national id information.

Be reminded that you do not need to register again, since you will be provided with your PhilSys Number or permanent and unique identification number upon completing your Step 2 registration process.

You may also track your PhilID using the transaction number printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. Kindly visit https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ to check the status of delivery.
