Hi!

I would like to request a copy of my national ID claim stub with tracking number. I know that I just wait for it to be delivered but I really need the claim stub in order for me to at least request an E-Phil ID. I lost my claim stub during typhoon Odette. 
I hope you can help me with this, looking forward  for your response.
