Good day! I would like to request for the following:

1. Information about the Privacy Impact Assessment(s) conducted on the PhilSys and a summary of results
2. Information about the most common uses of the PhilSys as of November 2021
3. Information about the role of the World Bank in PhilSys implementation (any relevant documents such as MOUs would be helpful)
