Good day, ma'am/sir. I would like to request data/information regarding:
1) The latest population number of PWD in NCR 
2) The yearly population number of Mute, Deaf, and Blind in NCR specifically.
3) Mute, Deaf, and Blind Population by age.
4) The total population number of Mute, Deaf, and Blind in NCR (latest data)

This information would be beneficial for my architectural thesis. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
