I would to follow up the status or delivery of my PhilSys national ID that I have not received yet.

I was registered onsite at your Level 4 Ayala Malls Vertis North, Phase 1 & 2, North Avenue, Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa,Quezon City,Metro Manila, satellite office last December 21, 2021 and have not yet received any update since then.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
