Hi! I would like to request for the list of establishments, particularly MSMEs, in the City of Legazpi. I am aware that you recently posted the number of establishments per region. However, I did not find data regarding the list of establishments per municipality. It will be helpful if you supply the details of the establishments as well.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 14, 2022 04:10:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for List of Establishments (MSMEs) in Legazpi City.

Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
