Good day! I would like to request for scheduling  for delivery of my national ID, I applied on last August 2021  I have already completed all the required steps.I already sent multiple emails to info@philsys.gov.ph but no reply. and my name is Cristina cueto cadacio
I am humbly requesting for the delivery of my national ID. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2024 06:02:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for URGENT: NATIONAL ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
