I am writing this letter to request for delivery of my National ID again. 
One of your representative came last month but unfortunately i was not at home and currently working in Kuwait. I will authorize my sister to receive my national ID on my behalf.

You asked for NATIONAL ID DELIVERY REQUEST.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In reference to your concern, the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
