Good Day, I am a 5th yr architecture student and i am currently doing my thesis for a proposal autism center, and i would like to get information about the following

1.) how many autism cases are there in the philippines
2.) which city or province is affected or has the most number of cases
3.) what are the standards or space requirements for an autism center should have
