May i request to apply for delayed registration of Birth since i found out that my mother MERLA SAJULGA AMBA has no record in PSA.

Full Details of My Mother:

Full name: Merla Sajulga Amba
Bithdate: January 19, 1952
Birth Place: Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Mobile: 09161253963

Note: If there is a requirement procedure, she can provide the government documents like NBI record, Baptismal certificate, high school records, marriage civil registry and her her parents civil registry.
