Good day to your office! I would like to request my Cert. of Employment or Service Record to be used for my current job application. I already requested it from PSA-Masbate and was promised that they would contact me as soon as it is done but until now there is no response from them. I requested it on July 13, 2022. Thank you.

You asked for Certificate of Employment/Service Record.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that we have forwarded your concern to PSA Masbate. In requesting CoE and Service Record. As per coordination with them, your request  was claimed by Ms. Maribeth Aquillo on August 17, 2022. They have informed you via text message that you COE is already available last August 8, 2022.
