Greetings!

I'm Jason Mark Toston, student from Bulacan State University who are currently taking Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with specialization in Business Applications. 
I'm humbly requesting for the survey questionnaire of the family expenditure—the purpose is our group who are currently working on thesis would like to adopt the questionnaire in terms of the: range of the age of the respondents; and the range of the expenditure of a respondents.
