May I follow up in your good office for the Clerical error of my Birth Certificate 
My maiden name was MARY JANE BLANZA GAJES but on my birth certificate it was " Maryjane B. Gajes and all my school requirements and documents including my employment i have used " MARY JANE" instead of " MARYJANE.
May I ask if nasa Office niyo na po and if for processing na . for employment abroad po kasi sana mapabilis.
