Hi! I would like to request the requirements in obtaining a copy of Birth Certificate for First Time Job Seeker. My friend told me that they require him to pass the original copy of the certification of his first job. As far as I know, the certification can use in obtaining different requirement such as Police clearance, TIN, Philhealth ID, barangay clearance, etc. How can he avail the other document if they will get the original copy. Does the staff in the PSA office mistakenly take the original instead of the copy? Please enlighten me. Thank you!
