We would like to request a copy of the list of registered Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Metro Manila, Philippines. We are specifically hoping that you can give us the information below:

- Name of Business
- Address
- Email Address or any public contact details (if possible)
- Year of Establishment

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2023 06:51:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


You asked for List of Registered MSMEs in Metro Manila.


Your FOI request is approved. Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
