Hello.

I applied for the National ID last January 10, 2022, but until now I did not receive my physical card. I am tracking it at this website https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ , but the my tracking number is not found. I also emailed your office through this email address 	info@philsys.gov.ph, but I did not receive any reply. 

I am just wondering that it is already more than 2 years but I still did not receive it. However, I encountered some people you just applied for it last year and they recieve their IDs after 2 to 3 months.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
