Hi, I would like to ask the following documents for:

1. Number of cases who get hospitalized in Occidental Mindoro 
2. Number of cases who get hospitalized in Occidental Mindoro specifically in San Jose, Magsaysay, Rizal, Calintaan
3. Number of cases who get referral form from Occidental Mindoro to other hospital
4. Number of cases who get referral form from San Jose District Hospital  to other hospital
5. Total number of death in Occidental Mindoro 
6. Total number of ill person and their illness in Occidental Mindoro specifically in San Jose, Magsaysay, Rizal, Calintaan
