To Whom It May Concern:

May I request the estimated number of working college students enrolled in Universities in Metro Manila? The academic year covered by my research is the year 2019-2020. If possible, can I ask for the number of working students both in public and private universities in Metro Manila? If not possible, public universities in Metro Manila will do. Data will only be used for the background of the study.
