I am a student currently working on our thesis. As part of our study, we request the following information regarding the number of first-time voters in NCR.

I understand this data may be sensitive, but I assure you that it will only be used for academic purposes and kept strictly confidential. If it is possible to obtain this information, I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following details:

-Total number of first-time voters in NCR
-Breakdown of the number of first-time voters by city in NCR
