Good day!

We are a 3rd year student from Rizal Technological University Pasig Campus, working for a research paper which aims to gain the perspective of MSEs owners about the Impact of Receivable Management to the Financial Performance of Micro and Small Enterprises in Makati City.

In this regard, I would like to request for a copy of list of MSEs in Makati City registered in LGU - Business Permit and Licensing Office. Including their business email address in order for us to get in touch with them and ask for permission to answer a Survey Questionnaire.

You asked for List of Micro and Small Enterprises in Makati City.


Your FOI request is approved. Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
