Hi! I would like to request my Ephil I'd, I have my TRN appointment but it's still not verify last month I appoint it was successful but when i was the branch they say my Ephil I'd is still not yet to be downloaded. Can you please take action, Thank you

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
